Throughout my entire career, I have had the privilege of exploring my greatest passion: People!

Before becoming a Real Estate professional, I was fortunate to have a very successful career in human resources and corporate employment law.  I quickly became known as a reputable and influential consensus builder while mastering the art of sound negotiation and conflict resolution.  In part, this was due to the combination of my business expertise partnered with my organizational development education culminating in a Juris Doctor degree from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah.

However, I believe the real secret to my success is possessing a genuine relationship style that is visionary, caring and compassionate.  I am an excellent and confident communicator and I am unintimidated in difficult situations.  My personal goal is to model the way, challenge the process, enable others to act, inspire a shared vision and encourage the heart.
